Lodging near Castries Waterworks Forest Reserve

"I would give this resort a 3.5 stars. Rooms need to be updated the front door looked like it was kick in on side.bathroom shower had mold around the glass. Check in was terrible check in is at 3 pm our room is not ready until 6 PM. Three hour wait for a check-in is ridiculous. The staff was very friendly the all-inclusive restaurants and they’re all closed two days a week, but you have to check on when those days are to make reservations somewhere else in the complex."

"10/10 - a very friendly resort, great staff without exception, room cleaned immaculately every day (with some wonderful “towel art” provided by our attendant Sepharine), lots of options for food which was invariably of good quality and plentiful, a varied programme of events and entertainment, lots of sunbeds available so no need to “lay down” your towels - and literally 5 minutes free shuttle from the airport (which was not intrusive at all noise wise). Small improvements perhaps - 4 nights out of ten were outside bbqs without alternative unless you had booked one of the à la carte restaurants but small beer compared to all of the positives. Would definitely recommend and return "

"Lovely hotel situated in between the marina (c5 min walk) and the main shopping/resort area (c10 min walk). Stayed for 4 nights. We paid extra to get a marina view as some rooms are facing the main road! Pool area is ideal with swim up bar. Clean hotel with a good vibe. We also hired e-bikes from Sunset e-bikes who are in same building. 7th Heaven Bakery bakes fresh every day. Helpful Reception staff. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend."
