Check in process was very slow but went ok. The room was decent, clean. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pool was cloudy and cold. Our TV wasn’t working and was not able to be fixed. The continental breakfast was just ok, the pancake maker was broken. Not a great stay but not horrible.
