The room’s heat did not work. There was no blanket or comforter on the bed or in the room for that matter. I picked up the phone to call front desk. The phone didn’t work. I was leaving to go to my work holiday party and the key didn’t work for parking. Had to pay 28 dollars fdor the time it took to change my clothes

we made this reservation because there was a restaurant on the property. but it was closed for dinner last night, and we had to go hunting in the cold for our supper. many of the restaurants in the area were also closed. the bathroom sink was stopped up, and also leaking. we were unable to use it--had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the shower. we reported the problem when we checked out, and were surprised that we weren't offered a discount on the room.
