The lobby is beautiful but the rooms don’t match the unique and updated designs of the lobby.

When we arrived it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned. There was fecal matter in the toilet which horrified us.The air conditioning in the main room of the suite was broken and it was uncomfortably hot.

Booked a confirmed double and during check in was told that it was not available and was given a king with couch. The couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable and stained. The check in staff on duty was rude and not helpful. I have never had such a disappointing Marriott and orbitz experience.
Rooms on the terrace feel detached and far from lobby.
Checking in was wonderful. Recommended restaurant that was delightful. Then Parking and distance to room challenging. No gym or hot tub. disappointed to not having use of at stay and issue with thin walls and squeaky bed next door. Pillows flat. Other than that. Pleasant. For one night
