I think the suite was a little misleading as it did not have a separate room It was essentially a slightly larger king bed room.

We wouldn’t stay here again. Our room wasn’t serviced during the entire week we stayed there. We had to go looking for clean towels as there was only 2 in the room for the whole week. We learned upon checkout that we could’ve requested service. We should have been told that upon checkin. This is not the quality stay we expect from Hyatt.

24HOUR GYM! EXCELENT!!! POOL TODIRTY! NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT! NOBODY IS EVER AT THE FRONT DESK WHEN YOU NEED THEM! DIDNT LIKE THAT AT ALL!!!

Bed very comfy. Good location to everything. Overall clean except noticed overflow in sink very dirty. Not very soundproof.

There is a lovely lounge area, with beautiful seating in front of a very modern fire place, in the lobby. There's a large pool and rooms are very spacious. The breakfast & other meal options were quite good, especially the crispy chicken wings.

Hotel was nice enough, seemed fairly new and clean, I liked the room layout. Breakfast was standard fare, hot breakfast was tasty, First room the air condition didn't work, something wrong with the fan, they tried to fix it remotely and when they couldn't gave us a new room. Main problem is the hotel seemed understaffed. They had the same person working the front desk as the restaurant and bar, it was this way all three days so it wasn't just that someone called in.

dont like the location did love the fitness room having a lot weights and it being open 24hours! didnt like at all that i was given a room next to the elevator and then asked if i could get a different room and was told there arent any when i know for a fact there were plenty available! not cool! james caballero

fitness room has a good amount of weights! place was very new there for in great overall shape! hopefully they dont let these poughkeepsie people ruin it! over and out

Upon check in I received a letter on how their cleaning standards were high and yada yada during this time of Covid-19. First room bed was broken, that was enough for me I didn’t even check to see if the rest of the room was clean. Second room was not clean, urine on the toilet, hair in the shower, on the floor and a nasty rolled up shower mat under the sink from a previous guest. I noticed what looked like maybe dog urine on the floor in main room. Maid came up to clean, she wiped the toilet with a microfiber cloth (just smearing the urine) used the same cloth to pick the hair up and grabbed the mat and left. I should have left after that. Manager apologized and put us in a suite on the top floor. It was “cleaner” but not as clean as it could be. I had my 1.5 yr old with me and had to move rooms 3 times due to their faults. Definitely will not be staying there again.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. The hotel overall was clean. Convenient location. Everything close by. Wonderful experience.
