Very bad experience, and even worse after. I checked in after a long day, set to relax a bit. 1. The comfy looking chair is broken, the back falls like a recliner but it isn't. Ok, I'll sit on the bed. Turn on the TV. A screen asking for some codes pops up. No way to change or make it work. I call the staff. The come to look. They push the same buttons I pushed, and guess what? It still doesn't work. No chair, no TV.. Ok, stream a show on my phone. WIFI is SLOW!... Ok, I'll just go to bed...
Good morning... Breakfast starts at 7. Great... Got there at 7:15a... only a quarter of the food is out, egg/sausage not hot... They will be in about 15 minutes... But, too bad for me. I have to hit the road at 7:30a... So no meaningful breakfast. Coffee was fine - no half/half.
Too much went wrong here for the price I paid. Don't stay here.
Also, don't expect help from Orbitz when things go wrong. They have no interest in helping fix or compensate when the booking goes bad. You are on your own.
