The rooms were clean and updated. The hotel itself needs some work done. When we stayed there the ocean was covered in Seaweed there was no where to swim by the resort so we always walked to another side by a different resort to swim in the ocean. The activity team by the pool were the best. Chocolate David , Carlos and the ladies. They made it fun and enjoyable. It was the best part of the trip. The restaurant food was pretty good and good service.

The staff was friendly and the place was always clean. Food was superb buffet was fresh and the dinners at night were great. They had some evening shows by the pool and some live music at night to listen to. The ocean was only a short walk around the corner (approx 2 min.) and shopping downtown was right down the street.

As we arrived we were greeted by Franco and Juan. I can't say enough about how helpful and Kind they were through our Entire stay. Rooms were Very Clean. Food was okay. Did not like how things were A up charge at restaurants for certain foods. Especially when your paying that kind of money for an ALL Inclusive Resort. Only One Smoking spot out front. Nothing out back or anywhere else. Entertainment was Good.

Great staff, room. Had a problem with guest getting up at 7am putting towels on pool chairs then leaving to go eat or back to their room. No pool chairs available for those actually wanting to swim at that time. I suggest that someone from the party has to physically be in the pool chair to save chairs.

Room was wonderful this is our second time here we really love the hotel and the area is beautiful. A few mild complaints we requested several times for a main floor room and when we got there they said I should have called which I did. The entertainment was not very assorted we were there 9 days and they had karaoke 5 times. But the saving grace was Jaime he was the most amazing server outside by the pool.

My stay at the Wyndham Alltra Playa Del Carmen Hotel was absolutely unforgettable. It’s a stunning place to spend a vacation—beautiful surroundings, relaxing atmosphere, and exceptional service from start to finish. The food and wine were outstanding, with every meal thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

The room was spacious and clean, though a little noisy as it faced the road. The staff were friendly and we really enjoyed the selection of restaurants! The pool and pool bar were great!

Room was great, resort was very clean and staff super friendly. Food and drinks were all great! Would NOT recommend having a car as there is no parking and the street parking only takes coins- which no one can spare. Otherwise it was a great place!
