We arrived 4 hours before check in time and the gentleman working the front desk was extremely kind to let us into our room early. I give them a 5 star for that. The room was ok. Problems with water pressure and minimal hot water. We stayed on the side where there is an adjacent night club and it was very loud at night.

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell as you entered the apartment,foul,came from the sink.it went away when we put the stopper in.otherwise,great place,we made it into home.staff was great,miss the guys at the office already.would stay here again,location was good.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to everything - 10 minute walk to the beach and 5th avenue. It needs some TLC but in general it is ok. We liked the pool being inside as the water is always refreshing. They need to fix the water pressure and the faucets are loose. They also need to add more dishes and pots and pans. Otherwise the stay was pleasant, the check in and check out seamless and the staff is polite and accommodating.

Great stay for the past week; internet was spotty and would come and go but that’s not a huge deal. There’s a bar next door and the music can get quite loud if you stay in the rooms adjacent to them but they shut down at a decent time so again not a huge deal. Shopping and great food within walking distance and only 10 minutes from the beach and ferry terminal. Would definitely go back and stay again
