We had a good stay here. Would consider staying again. Pros: spacious rooms, parking, really great area, great staff Cons: jacuzzi is not hot (we wanted a hot tub which is why we picked this place), our fridge was broken (we bought coffee and milk but the milk went bad), ac in bedrooms didn't get very cold but it was cold enough

Charming clean condo in an amazing location. This is a hidden gem with a beautiful court pool area that was hardly used. Note that there is not too much sun at the pool. There is also a roof top patio area that was accessible, perhaps because the unit upstairs was vacant. We would have our morning coffee up there. Or an evening drink. Our condo unit had a full kitchen living room and king bed.. which was a little hard. The bathroom has pretty tile. The area is super safe with tons of local and touristy eateries and shops. The beach is only 2-3 block away. Fabiola offers great value in a perfect location. I will stay here again.

Lets start with this , for the price you cannot beat it - but there is a few ways this property could be improved . There is an extremely limited kitchen. You really cannot cook a whole meal , but definitely house some late night drinks and snacks! No oven , but has a brand new microwave and cold fridge . The stove top was gas so you need a lighter to use it fyi .The water pressure in the shower was very low and hot water went quick . But it wasn't cold let's say lukewarm. We reserved it for 3 persons however only got two towels.. there is a sleeper couch but they offer no extra linens - go prepared with your own . No napkins ,only a small towel . You can easily buy these necessities at the mega market couple of blocks down however . This property could at least offer a single good sized pan and basic cooking utensils( there are none ) . To the great points -Location was awesome ! Only a couple blocks from the party streets . Across the street from this hotel there is a restaurant and a mini mart . Very convenient. AC gets super cold , no complaints ! The TV offers only spanish channels BUT its a smart TV so I was able to connect to my own netflix account. We were extremely happy with this option . King bed sufficed ( two twins put together ) but we slept just fine. The pool was steps from our door - smaller - but quiant and cute .

Awesome location. There are only a few minor issues with the room (we had what they call the Attic). There are not enough electrical outlets and there is no full length mirror. There should at least be an outlet in the bathroom. When it came time to charge both our phones at the same time at night, not having an outlet on both sides of the bed became an issue. Another issue was that the bathroom smelled a bit funky (plumbing issue perhaps?). Having said that, we’d definitely stay again at this hotel. The price and location are great. Recommended.

Very close to all the action in Playa Del Carmen. Only 2 blocks from 5th street Property is very well maintained. Felt like home even though you're in a hotel. Staff was very friendly and professional

This place was amazing! We stayed in the loft room with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and looked just like the pictures. The pool and lobby area was gorgeous, just like the pictures. It is close to stores, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Perfect location! There is a doorman which feels safe. We did recieve daily cleaning service (changed towels in bathroom tidying up) we did however find clothes from previous guest hanging in the closet which were not removed. All in all this place is great, and the people managing are very friendly, they helped us print documents that we needed without any hesitation. Very helpful and nice people. I sent a message before arrival they responded that everything is ready and they turned on the AC before getting there and it was amazing to walk into a nice cool room 😌

I’m just here to boost their ratings again. I have stayed multiple times with this property, & have to say they’re hands down my favorite in PDC. I have left a rather detailed review once before, so I’ll keep this one simple: YOU’RE GOING TO LOVE THIS PLACE, just book it! :) The staff is lovely, & each unit is like a home away from home. The pool is wonderful, the property is secure & quiet. I’ll always come back to Fabiola.

Maybe due to covid, but we got a killer deal and I had booked so far in advance that I didn't remember what I had booked. And boy were we surprised! It was a HUGE apartment with two master bedrooms with king size beds and beautiful bathrooms. It was absolutely gorgeous. This was the "premium 2 bedroom apartment." It was decorated tastefully as well, and there were two small balconies, handy for drying clothing and equipment. The apartments use keycodes to enter, so that's really handy if you are in a group (so everyone can get in without a physical key). The pool is nice, with lush vegetation. There's also a rooftop patio, though we didn't really use it. Wifi was good but cut in and out once in a while - no biggie. We hope to stay here again on our next trip. It will be the FIRST hotel I check...simply amazing!!!

This property is super clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and safe. The staff is always available to you. It's just a wonderful place to stay when visiting Playa Del Carmen. My family felt very comfortable there. We'll definitely stay there again in the future.
