Increible apartamento

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado para trasladarse a los distintos destinos de riviera maya. Victor, el anfitrion, es muy atento y esta en todos los detalles. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aqui y por supuesto lo recomendamos a todos los que quieran estar bien ubicados y comodos en Playa del carmen

Perfect place to call home for 6 days! Felt very safe and quiet (except for nearby construction which was of no fault of the host!) and was convenient to walk anywhere. Loved the little private pool for our rest days in between nearby excursions. Would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed the outside area, convenient to shopping, beach and cenotes. We had a chance to meet so many locals and try delicious dishes. Victor was such a gracious host and we really appreciated all the little extras. This was our one year anniversary and it was absolutely fantastic!!

Enjoyed our stay. Small but plenty of room, comfortable bed, good space. The outdoor space was appreciated and used everyday. A plunge pool is a must down here and we utilized this everyday. Location was good and close to everything we needed. Host, Victor was great. We would stay again.

Very quiet, easy access to a beautiful beach.The penthouse is large, the outdoor area is private and has a lovely shade area, dining table with umbrella is private and spacious it includes a private dipping pool. A hose for rinsing off sand and shoes. A park is located behind unit and quiet neighbors. It has a secured entrance and the area felt safe for a single woman.The third floor penthouse was like a tree house.Condo area is residential. Grocery store, many restaurants, local food,Taxis and collectivos. (Shuttles) nearby.Plenty of beach towels beach chair, beach umbrella and cooler.The kitchen had new microwave, coffee pot and blender. Ice trays and good ventilation. Stove /oven, refrigerator.Unit includes two air conditioning units three ceiling fans. I loved that it was easy to make comfortable on hot days. Even while conserving energy.Wifi worked well.Victor was a responsive host. Easy access upon arrival.Bring a flash light for night walking. A nice king size bed in the attractive bedroom and a large attractive dresser in the hall.The shower had good water pressure and a good amount of hot water.Nice tv and stand tho I never used it.This was a great place for the value.

Very nice place, love the location. everything is walkable. AC is amazing, the little pool is divine,amenities were great and very attentive host.Community felt safe and inviting plus the unit overlooks a wonderful community botanical sanctuary. I would recommend this to anyone!

Convenient & Comfortable Residential Stay

We recently completed a nice 10 day stay. Victor is a great host, very informative & helpful. The penthouse is located in a gated residential area within easy walking distance to supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants & shopping. Interior has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning, cable tv & Wi-Fi worked great. We usually prepared brunch there to enjoy on the spacious patio. The small pool is a great place to chill out! We spent most our time there lounging around. There is some large residential construction going on in the area causing noise, but they did seem to start & stop at a reasonable hour. Overall a great place for a nice residential stay.

Perfect Apartment and Location

Perfect Place in Playa

This place was amazing and not just for its value. It really had everything you need for a place away from home. Don't know where to start! The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from La Quinta and 8 minute walk to the beach. It comes equipped with everything you could possibly need from beach equipment to all the cooking tools. The house is in a gated neighbourhood and you really feel safe. Victor, the host, lives on the ground floor and ready to help at any time. The best part though is the large and completely private patio with the plunge pool. We had both breakfast and lunge on the patio. The back of the patio overlooks a park which is the centre of this gated neighbourhood. We will be back!!

L'endroit est charmant, l'hôte, Victor, prend le soin de nous demander si tout est correct et est disponible au besoin. Nous nous y sentions comme à la maison, avec la terrasse et la piscine juste pour nous, c'est un vrai paradis. L'appartement est suffisamment grand et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin.

Quiet Paradise

Overall the listing is spot on, quiet gated community. Small plunge pool that was nice to sun tan by and dip into to cool off. Victor is very responsive and helpful with all our requests. Tons of space to lounge, everything you need to live for however long you want to stay. Few blocks from the beach and the famous 5th Ave. Tons of restaurants, stores and amenities close by. Highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful relaxing place

Exactly as described-charming penthouse! Nice to have the soaker pool to cool off in. Also appreciate the beach umbrella and chairs. Enjoyed just relaxing under the pergola. Lovely neighborhood. Close to everything: beach entrance at the end of the boulevard. We preferred grocery shopping at the store on 30th which is closer and less expensive than the new one on 10th. Lots of great authentic restaurants close by on 30th. Our favourite was Birria! We had one little issue with the A/C unit that Victor was prompt to reply and take care of. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved our 4 night stay here! Victor, the host, was very accommodating and let us check in a bit early and out a bit late. We really appreciated not having to carry our luggage around due to our odd flight times! The rooftop private pool was a perfect oasis to just relax. Inside is a bit outdated, but it had everything we needed and was fantastic rental. Would stay there again.

We had the pleasure of renting this unit from Victor for two weeks while staying in Playa Del Carmen. Our stay at this unit was both comfortable and safe. Victor was a generous host, very reliable and prompt to meet our needs. The unit offered all of the basics to live while in Playa plus a lot of extras that made our stay even more pleasurable. Even though this unit is not new and modern, it checked alot of our boxes when it came to size, cleanliness and location. The outdoor space is very large and private allowing us to spend some time in our surroundings and enjoy the warm evenings at home. We will definitely consider renting from Victor again next year.
