The Hotel itself is nice! Close to the fifth avenue and the beach, so location is amazing! The only bad part is that next door there is a club so the music is very loud until late and it’s hard to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great!

Hotel economico

Excelente ubicación, cerca de 5ta Avenida para comer lo mejor de comida mexicana y platas hermosas. El hotel tiene toallas tan viejas que se ven grises. La regadera necesita limpieza , no sale agua 100 %. Un gallo atrás del hotel gritando toda la madrugada y ruido de música y huéspedes platicando en los pasillos a media noche. La atención de los chicos de la administración es excelente, pero doy un cero al desayuno, son unos sándwiches muy austeros y café. Las instalaciones están renovadas y es económico. Si no te importan los ruidos y toallas grises que un tiempo fueron blancas, es un buen lugar económico para estar.

Close to the main drag and walkable to the beach. many good restaurants in the direct neighborhood. also close to town square which has daily eveningmakets. pool is nice, tallest building in the area. not used much. nice quiet place to swim and relax.

Fraude financiero hotelero BFH ATTRACTION

No respetaron la reserva, nos cambiaron a un hotel con menos servicios y de menos calidad. Los diferentes empleados que nos atendieron alegaron muchas y variadas justificaciones tales como: -colapsaron sus Aires acondicionados -se vendieron mas reservas que su capacidad -aceptaron un grupo de 30 personas y no respetaron las reservaciones previas. Al final es un fraude financiero: es un modus operandi. Venden las reservas a un precio. Al llegar te mandan a un hotel de menos precio y se quedan con la diferencia a favor, y vuelven a ofertar sus habitaciones a un precio mayor. Y a los que llegan buscando hospedarse en ultimo momento, les disparan el precio de sus habitaciones y siguen moviendo los que ya reservaron. Es un fraude, porque incluso cambian de nombre al Hotel, y cambian de teléfonos.

The elevator wasnt working so you had to use the stairs with the baggage for going to the room. For spleep and staty close to the main areas in Ciudad del Carmen is not bad.

It was a nice hotel, could have used more hot water had to take cold showers half of the week. I also got a few drops of blood on a towel (pimple broke after showering and I didn’t noticed) and was charged 100 pesos for it. Also if you want a blanket you need to ask for one. We thought they only gave sheets and only found out the day before leaving we could ask for blankets, we did ask but seems the cleaning lady forget and therefore never got any. Staff and were friendly. The breakfast was included as indicated however it was about 2 blocks away in another building, please also know only coffee, tea, juice, toast and game are included anything else needs to be paid for.

Great location. Very close to the beach , both ADO bus stations , close to Walmart and the 5th ave. Its a place to sleep , don't expect who nows what. The rooms on the pictures look much bigger then in the reality. Staff at the front desk speaks english. Street gets noisy with music at night but hey its a Mexico. Good ,safe location.

For a budget hotel, I thought it was great. The safe was new and worked well, the shower was good, and the mini-fridge proved essential. It was an easy walk everywhere I needed to go. The best thing about it, though, was the included breakfast!! It's not at the hotel but at a restaurant just around the corner, and it was wonderful to start each day with a real Mexican breakfast - coffee and a rotating menu that was more than I expected.

I think the biggest weak point of this hotel is its restaurant and breakfast. It is far from the hotel and not enough proper and acceptable. It is very poor. Also, the pool of the hotel is very small and its water doesn't clean regularly.

This hotel looks more like a hostel and doesn't match the photos you see. Don't let them dupe you like they did me. The property does not feel safe. The rooms are very small. They gave us 2 twin beds for 3 people and that's their version of "double beds". Not sure how this property has the rating it does on Expedia, makes me believe that there are false ratings being added to boost it's appeal.

My wife and I checked in to BFH Hotel on Tuesday February 20. Our plan was to stay from the 20th - 23rd, however, we only stayed two nights, because on the second night, the guys across the hall from us were very loud and woke us up two nights in a row. They were yelling, cursing, fighting outside in the hall way in front of our door. This scared my wife, and wanted to leave that night at 1:00am. I told her that we would leave tomorrow morning. Although we had paid for three nights, we only stayed for two night, because we felt it was unsafe to stay at your hotel. Plus, there were no phones to call the front desk, and my wife did not feel safe for me to step out the front and leave her alone in the room. Furthermore, we requested two more pillows and a blanket, but were told you didn't have any extra pillows or blanket for us. We also asked for towels and were told we cold only get towels every two days. Finally,I reserved at your hotel, because your online website shows that you serve breakfast, yet there was not breakfast or coffee. On the day when day we checked out, the font desk guy said sorry we don't offer refunds. This is unfortunate! You hotel is nice but needs needs a lot of services for clients, such as towels daily, phones in the room, breakfast service as advertised extra pillows and at least one blanket on the bed to stay warm. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend you hotel and will share this information and review with Travelocity and social media,
