I stayed in room 303, the hotel was clean when I first went to check in. The lady behind the counter although having limited English was very polite (my fault for not learning Spanish) in a Spanish speaking country. The hotel room was clean and my bed was made every day for me. The only thing I have to mention which made it not a comfortable stay was the bed after a couple nights started to hurt my back as it was a very hard mattress and the pillows were okay. The other thing which confused me was when I took a shower for the first couple times it was cold because hot left cold right so, I had a couple cold showers.. not to bad being as Mexico is a hot and humid country but then after turning the dial to the right it went hot so bare that in mind. Also the breakfast is located in the illusion boutique hotel which is a 5 min walk at best however for a guy that likes to eat I'd say not the best portion size. But overall its a nice hotel if you are on a budget. Top tip: TAKE EAR PLUGS! Very noisy at night.

My condo was under renovations for the pool this week so I was looking for somewhere nice to stay for the night that had a pool. Upon checking in I went to the rooftop pool to realize there’s no water in the pool and that it was in fact also under maintenance this is very disappointing and I checked out immediately I Feel like I wasted my money. You should be letting people know before they book that the pool is not in use.

The Hotel itself is nice! Close to the fifth avenue and the beach, so location is amazing! The only bad part is that next door there is a club so the music is very loud until late and it’s hard to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great!

Hotel economico

Excelente ubicación, cerca de 5ta Avenida para comer lo mejor de comida mexicana y platas hermosas. El hotel tiene toallas tan viejas que se ven grises. La regadera necesita limpieza , no sale agua 100 %. Un gallo atrás del hotel gritando toda la madrugada y ruido de música y huéspedes platicando en los pasillos a media noche. La atención de los chicos de la administración es excelente, pero doy un cero al desayuno, son unos sándwiches muy austeros y café. Las instalaciones están renovadas y es económico. Si no te importan los ruidos y toallas grises que un tiempo fueron blancas, es un buen lugar económico para estar.

Fraude financiero hotelero BFH ATTRACTION

No respetaron la reserva, nos cambiaron a un hotel con menos servicios y de menos calidad. Los diferentes empleados que nos atendieron alegaron muchas y variadas justificaciones tales como: -colapsaron sus Aires acondicionados -se vendieron mas reservas que su capacidad -aceptaron un grupo de 30 personas y no respetaron las reservaciones previas. Al final es un fraude financiero: es un modus operandi. Venden las reservas a un precio. Al llegar te mandan a un hotel de menos precio y se quedan con la diferencia a favor, y vuelven a ofertar sus habitaciones a un precio mayor. Y a los que llegan buscando hospedarse en ultimo momento, les disparan el precio de sus habitaciones y siguen moviendo los que ya reservaron. Es un fraude, porque incluso cambian de nombre al Hotel, y cambian de teléfonos.

Expedia showed that the deluxe room would have an ocean view but it did not have an ocean view. Besides that towels or not white rather they were yellow.
