Unwelcoming and unhelpful front desk. A/C not working during 100-degree heat. And upon check out I was informed that we had a valet parking charge, although we didn’t have a car at the property. When I informed the front desk of their mistake, they told me to sort it out myself with the valet service (not their responsibility, they said), refusing to take it off the bill. Bearing in mind that we were only staying at this Marriott hotel because the Marriott Sonder cancelled our booking with less than 24 hours notice due to overbooking, I would say this was truly lamentable service from a globally renown hotel chain.
