It’s not really a hotel. It’s a dorm and very stark, no pictures, no bed side table, no TV just a computer screen. The shower is industrial as is the floor. My daughter spent a miserable semester in such a dorm. For what it was , it was too expensive.
I didn’t realize this was a dorm. Old building and TVs. Didn’t bring a blow dryer and there wasn’t one supplies like at a hotel. Overall, not a super comfortable place to stay. Staff was extremely nice.
Desk, table and counter tops are clean. Washroom is satisfactory, but the bedroom carpet needs more vacuuming.

This is an apartment-style student dormitory on a college campus. It has two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, and one kitchen/ dining area with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a sink, a table, and chairs. It is very spacious for one person, and very convenient for 2 persons. It does not have some items as in a regular hotel, such as a hairdryer or coffee maker. I almost never use a hairdryer or coffee maker anyways. The apartment is simple but clean. You can drive, or take the bus, to downtown. The student staff members are friendly and helpful. It is a hotel of great value for one or two travelers.
Dirty, uncomfortable, amateur place. Exactly the worst possible option in the city.

Thank you for your review, you are correct we are an alternative to traditional hotels, and as such, we try to keep our rates reasonable compared to other accommodation providers in the City of Ottawa.

Thank you for your review, as an alternative to traditional hotels you are correct, we do not offer the same amenities as a full-service hotel. We are glad, however out staff made up for this with the service they provided.
