The best part of this hotel is the room with a view of Epic, fantastic! The hotel itself is quite small, felt cramped in the lobby and bar area. The roof top bar is really nice but unless you have an outside seat there is no view of the park, plus the menu was limited, nothing plant based, GF etc.

Pros Very convenient if you want to visit and spend time in epic universe. Good shuttle service to other universal parks as well. Cons They should atleast provide water bottles for guests during check in or ensure the room has couple of water bottles. Rooms are not that luxurious considering the high prices that they are charging.

Lovely hotel and great perk for early entry to Epic Universe. We had Hotels.com vouchers otherwise I wouldn’t pay the nightly rate as I just didn’t feel this was worth the £500/£600 per night price tag. The hotel was nice, clean but pricey.

This is a new hotel. It is expensive but convenient to the new Epic Universal Studios. Dining options are limited in the hotel itself, menu in the restaurant is not the best for kids or traditional meals. Beautiful hotel though and it will stay busy due to the proximity of the park.

Awesome location allowing early entry straight into Epic Universe. Beautifully furnished, comfortable room allowing us an amazing view over the park to watch the fountain show at park closing. V friendly staff. Loved every second of our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
