No proper ventilation

The first room the floor was wet the second room and all rooms do not have proper Ventilation when you take a shower the room becomes hot and difficult to breathe. We were offered a late check out 2pm for an extra $30 an hour before regular checkout 10am they canceled the late check out which ruined our plans. We had to rush to leave we will never stay at this hotel again

3 night stay to attend a concert. Clean outside and inside, description was on point. Staff was kind and professional. Lacked parking space since the lot is shared with a hotel next door but we managed.

The hotel was a perfect choice, close to sea world, aqautica water and Disney springs. Clean staff extremely sweet and friendly. Jas was so nice over the phone and in person as well as well the young lady whose name I forgot that check us in late evening. The hotel is very cute and boutique/ish. The only down side is no water in the room and the parking was limited if you get to your room super late. However we was offered bottled water at the front desk so it’s still a win. I would stay again.

Doesn’t Live Up to Potential

I wanted to love this hotel! It’s perfect for a family & the beds / pillows are super comfy. Everything appeared very clean & staff were friendly. There are some issues that need to be addressed before I would recommend, however. When we tried to warm the room just 2 degrees from 68 to 70, the room filled with humidity & everything from the sheets to the floor became damp within minutes. The floor was quite slippery. We turned the air cooler again, only to find a water puddle the next morning under the AC. From what I’ve since seen on Google, this is NOT a new issue & while staff was apologetic, they didn’t note it or seem too concerned. Parking is free, but there is not enough. People were parking all over, so if you have a late night, good luck. Most of the outlets in the room were also broke so our phones could not charge. Which led to final problem. When I went to turn in keys & check out, I asked if that was all & was told yes. But about 40 minutes later, once my phone charged, I saw a text telling me to check out by phone that was now telling me I checked out late and would be charged $30. When I called, she said to just ignore it. When I said I thought it had already gone through, she said she was nothing she could no because she hadn’t made the charge. So now I will have to wait to see if is removed from my security deposit. There is potential here, but they need to do some work to fix issues before I would recommend.

Employees in the lobby were fantastic. Beds were very low to the ground. Mold was on the shower doors, only one bed was made on one day. Kleenex would only have 5 folded in the box. Plastic cups were not refilled. Breakfast was not great.
