We had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with both classic options and a rotating variety each day. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was quick. We were there very early and they can accommodate to store our luggages until our room is ready at later time. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Only thing is the hotel really needs some upgrades - outdated hallways, we visited the ice machines in different floors as the one at the fifth floor is out of service, and the are kind of rusted, and emergency exit push bar also rusted too. Not sure why the hotel not doing upgrade… other than those stuff. It is good location and helpful staff.

We were very disappointed when we entered our room. The cabinets doors were hanging from their hinges, the sheets weren’t fresh, and we found out that the hotel only changes them every two days. This is disgraceful On top of it, we had to sit through a group of anti-caged chicken protesters. Who came in to the lobby with bullhorns screeching and enchanting for 15 minutes while no one from the hotel did a thing. No security, no polite asking the demonstrators to leave only silence. What a world we live in
