Hotel was clean, and room was spacious. Staff were friendly. One thing that was not as descriptive as in description - it is they said they have a stove top in some of the rooms but actually you would need to request a portable stove from the front desk. There’s no cooking pot or pan in the room, so not very useful. There are two bbq outdoor near the pool. Breakfast options not a lot of variety.

This is the second time we have stayed here as convenient for the airport after a long flight. Comfortable large room with kitchen. All was very clean and very happy to stay again next time we are in town.

We checked into the hotel on Sundayevening. The water supply was cut off on Monday morning. Initially, we were informed that it would be repaired within three hours. However, the water was not restored until 8:00 PM. To make matters worse, the water was cut off again just one hour later. We were left without any running water for the entire day. During this period, we requested bottled water from the front desk as a basic necessity, but they refused to provide it. We are extremely dissatisfied with this travel experience, as the hotel failed to provide the most basic living essentials. Therefore, we request a full refund for our stay.

The rooms and the hotel itself are very nice. I had a problem at the beginning. I had an adjoining room. I could hear everything my neighbor was saying. And when I called to asked to be moved, she called next-door. I could hear the whole conversation it was very uncomfortable. I was on a work trip. I had class and I needed quiet so I could study. That was really inappropriate to call to mention that I could hear everything. Some other things too but overall once I was settled in it was fine but the hotel was nice. The staff was OK.
