On the question regarding grounds maintenance I gave it a 4 but it should have been NA. There is a lot of construction adjacent so a score is unfair. My major concern is the bathroom. There was an extraordinary amount of mold in the shower-tub caulking. Very unappealing and unclean.

The room was decently quiet, but it's time for some TLC and updating. Lots of little things show a good amount of wear and tear. The shower pressure was very low, and the shower never really got that hot at all in the 2 nights I stayed there. I don't think I would stay here again.

I must have bad luck with the Double Tree brand because this is the second time I have a negative experience at one of their hotels. Room smelled moldy/mildewy and a roach was in the room. I have the picture to prove it. Not staying here again.
Roach was crawling in the bed skirt and we had to kill it.
