Lobby seems renovated but the rooms you can tell are run down, elevators. You can hear much of what’s happening in the hallways from the room. Parkings pricey normally $25 this is $33 it’s posted so wasn’t a surprise but for the hotel hmm lots to say. Locations is across universal entrance if interested.

The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. While the room was clean it is old, and the carpet and the bathroom shower curtain had an awful smell. My allergies kick in immediately. My favorite part was the breakfast, it was great and had lots of variety to choose. It is worth the money. The staff, particularly Vinny was amazing, extremely kind and very helpful. I would have love to receive a little more orientation upon my arrival. Location wise, the hotel located in an excellent area super close to Universal, the Outlets. Overall it has room for improvement, but it was a nice stay.

Not much really . I showed up at 230 to check in they told me my room was not ready . They did not give me any options. I had planned on taking a shower and changing my clothes and going back to the event that I was part of. I had to change my clothes in a bathroom. Also my room was a handicap room and they didn’t tell me. Not impressed think I’ll probably look for other options when I need to travel.

Hotel was good but the parking was not. They charged $33 a night and the gates never worked with the room card. Had to always ring the front desk for them to open it always. Elevators were slow especially the day I was leaving and had a deadline. Other then that it was good
