The front desk clerk was dealing with multiple issues during my check in but he was very apologetic to me. There clearly needed to be another person there to help him. The bathroom wasn’t swept, the tub had rust around the drain and there was hair in the sink.

The fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning for two minutes before they turned it off. Mind you I had to drive back to LA with my toddlers and we never went back to sleep! Staff was incredibly inconsiderate about trying to make it better or what they can offer me and my family for this horrible experience, kids yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs terrified!

The property was great. Kitchen closes early and the shuttle was slower than the posted 15 minutes. If you are prepared going in those are minor concessions. Service was great.

A sleek and beautiful room. Super well laid out for moving around the room. Everything is in perfect working order. The bathroom well designed. Fixtures easy to understand how to use. Shower head was too high for me.
