Pictures are not what they seem bathroom was dirty, no television no ac or heat. The minute you enter the hotel it’s smells like smoke even if you choose nonsmoking the rooms have a smoke smell, the second night you can hear people shouting shutting doors. This is not a hotel I would recommend for family’s couples or anyone in general. The area even though there are shops nearby and touristy the hotel is horrible.

The first room no heat, could not see out of the window. I asked to move to a different room. Was able to get a different room the next day. The room was great until I used the toilet. The toilet had flushing issues . I had to take the cover off and manually make the toilet add more water to flush out the toilet of number 2. At first it did not flush good it would back up. Had to increase the water flow into the tank prior to flushing so the flushing would complete the draining cycle. Over all it was a good clean room . I was happy

Thew strangest thing about this hotel was our check in experience. The clerk informed us that we had a room without heat or air, but they could issue us a space heater and blankets, No wait. one blanket for the 2 of us. "they were all given out to other customers, sorry." It was a cold night for the bay area. It NEVER occurred to me to ask if a hotel had heat. So bizarre & probably not legal????? I am handicapped and need my cpap, that was also difficult due to the plug situation, need them for heaters.......

My room wasn’t clean no heat or air when I called the front desk there was no answer so I continued calling until about 3:30 AM I went down to the Office to ask for a heater they said no heater or blankets with no apologies for anything I’ll never go back!!!
