Very Nice Host....But

...the cottage is not very clean and it is located in a terrible, terrible neighborhood. Inside the unit is decorated cute, as pictured, but inside the cottage needs a very deep cleaning after every single rental. On the upside, the host is a nice guy. He responded to email and text messages and was quick to deliver toilet paper, extra blankets, trash-liner, etc. to the unit as requested. We we grateful for his quick responses; as mentioned, he is a nice guy.

Nice Place to Stay in Busy Neighborhood

We were the first people to rent this new listing here on VRBO. This meant that the host had a learning curve using the app, but once we got there it was all good- I’m sure this is something he will resolve. Host is friendly and helpful. Parking is TIGHT! Only bring your car if it’s small! Our Subaru Outback was almost too big. The place itself was great. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. Clean, cozy, lots of thoughtful amenities available like sanitizer, earplugs, masks, toothbrushes, etc. A/C unit! The neighborhood is very loud- we used earplugs but also wished we had brought a couple white noise machines, so plan ahead! We would stay here again!
