The room was clean but very small and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice and warm, with beautiful pillars. It's shallow, so no big jumps. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Coffee bar had flavoured syrup! Parking was extra (as advertised) so that's an extra expense to figure into the cost.

We stayed in a room here and were very disappointed with the experience. The rate was quite high, but the room did not match the price at all. It felt outdated, not very clean, and definitely in need of maintenance. The furniture looked worn, and the overall condition of the room was below what we expected. On top of that, the service wasn’t great. Staff didn’t seem very helpful, and it felt like guest concerns weren’t taken seriously. For a popular destination like Niagara Falls, we expected a much better standard, especially for the price we paid. Overall, the stay was not worth the cost. There are many hotels in the area, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for better value and a more comfortable experience.” There was lots of screaming and people making noise on the floor

Did not find pillows comfortable at all. 2/3 of us were up most of night between pillows and old feeling mattress. We and staff could not get tv to work. We did get room changed, even through sound like it was such an inconvenience. People who were booking in right before us, did not have a reservation and were told they had lots of rooms available, so was not a lack of rooms. I had told staff my kids use tv as a calming time before bed.
