They did not refill the complimentary water jug when my daughter asked them to. They also had me park in the overflow parking which they charge 20 dollars and it was a sheet of ice .I could barely park without sliding all over the place . It was treacherous walking through the lot. Should of definitely been salted.

Yes the staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and the warm indoor pool was a life saver. The weather was terrible and the indoor pool made our vacation worth it
