Nothing too fancy of a hotel but the BREAKFAST is FIRST CLASS!!!! Also they have multiple staff members constantly cleaning around the buffet and replenishing trays. Never seen the Bfast operations so well organised. Oksana was awesome. Also considering how expensive parking is around town, this hotel's parking is convenient and way cheaper than others.

Ended up booking this hotel for our visit to Niagara Falls. The location is great, close to everything and can even take bus from the hotel to the various sites. When we checked in, TV was not working and AC not blowing cold. The staff did everything to make up for this. We went out to do our sightseeing after telling them about the issues and when we got back, they had moved our room and our bags and offered us snacks to make it up to us. The staff was always quick to respond and breakfast staff was amazing at helping and cleaning up tables when it was busy. Breakfast was just enough to satisfy everyone. They even have cookies at the front desk daily for the guests. Parking was extra but we expected that. Spots can be limited but we were always able to find one. Overall, pretty please with this find in the area and would stay again.

Great location but a disappointment

Great location for a budget hotel and staff pleasant and helpful. However, rooms were only serviced on request, there was no room safe and the air conditioning so loud it couldn’t be used whilst in the room

Perfect walking distance to clifton hill & the falls. Everything was great except our tub drained sooo slowly when having a shower that the water was above our ankles. The bed was also one of the uncomfortabl ones ive had. Besides those it was great. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great and access to the pool was amazing. We will be returning here for our next Niagara trip!

A few room items need repair - slow drain, broken curtains, bathroom grout needing to be cleaned/redone. Room next to elevator was noisy. Breakfast options were good. Otherwise fine hotel for family.
