This is my first time writing a review. I stayed here once before and liked it enough to come back, but this time I was disappointed. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. The bathroom sink was clogged, the floor was dirty, and the bath mat turned black from walking on it. There were small flies in the room, and the toilet kept running and would not stop flushing. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay

For lower than average cost for the area, I was extremely pleased with the room. Everything felt new and clean and I had zero issues in my 3 night stay. The location is also a plus. The hotel was near many places to eat and shop. I would stay here again if I need to.

The staffer I checked in with was very nice. When we went to the front desk to ask for additional towels our second night there, the gentleman acted confused and kept saying it should’ve been done earlier. Overall a pleasant stay for our time in NOLA though.
