Place was in a nice location. Codes one the gate so u felt safe when u were ready to relax. No tv at all tried to contact the people first day but no answer the entire stay so only bad thing is communication. But at wasn’t a big deal except the day it was raining too bad for children to walk.

Host communication was slow. I reported a natural gas smell and the host never responded. I contacted the utility company myself and they sent someone out who found a leaking gas lamp and had tools to shut off the stuck valve. The property was not cleaned well before our arrival. The floors were dirty and turned the bottoms of our feet black the first night. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. Towels provided were clean but some were stained and had holes. Pillowcases were clean but slightly yellowed. Location was great and having a balcony to relax and watch Frenchmen street was fun.
