Our Escape Near the Sea! Limo Golf Cart Included

This is our home we lovingly renovated exclusively for our use. The beach theme makes the house warm and whimsical! It has 3 comfortable bedroom with all new mattresses and linen along with 2 full bathrooms. Both baths have been completed torn out and renovated in October of 2022. We designed a wonderful working kitchen and created a great space for families to gather. WE added a deck to enjoy the open spaces in front and the friendly people in the village passing by. It is located in the heart of Oceanside Village and 1/2 mile from our private beach parking area. All the amenities in our village are within a 1/2 block of our home. WE have volleyball, basketball, bocce, tennis and pickleball courts and a playground for children. WE also have shuffleboard and a year round indoor pool and a childrens and adult outdoor pool. Come to our home to relax and create memories with your family! WE have everything ready for you, just bring your clothes and enjoy!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great location and Very Comfortable Clean Home.

If you love spending your day on the beach, this place is perfect. It is so easy to jump on a golf cart, take your car, or walk down the road to get there. The community has its own parking lot for the beach so there is no anxiety about where to park or what entrance to take to the beach. There is also a bathroom and place to rinse off in the lot. The house is also so comfortable and clean. The kitchen has all the things you will need to make a good meal. We were able to comfortable fit two adults and three teens with no problem. The owner was easy to reach any time we needed help and was so friendly and responsive.

Great Beach Property

A great home close to the beach and convenient too many attractions. The home I was very clean and Gail was a great host. Our kids love traveling on the golf cart to the beach and to some of the local restaurants. You cannot go wrong with staying here!! We will be back.

Perfect for small family!

This is a neat little neighborhood blending vacationing families and full time residents. If you don't need a huge house and like to have other amenities besides the beach it's perfect. My 8 and 10 year old girls loved both pools and the playground area. The home was in a great location close to all. The host had incredible organization skills and we had everything we needed on arrival from beach chairs to coffee. There are lots of restaurants in the area but it's about a 20-30 minute drive if you want to hit the big Myrtle tourist attractions further North. Not a big deal if you make a day of it. The Murrels Inlet Marshwalk is about 10 min away (by car) and I highly recommend it for dinner out, just go early. Overall we really liked this location and would stay here again!
