Wonderful experience!!! Rooms are clean and comfortable. So many amenities! Helpful and attentive staff. Housekeeping daily. Underground parking available for fair a price. Close to lots of shopping, dining, and Marienplatz for Christkindlmarkt! Hope to go back someday and would definitely stay here again!

There’s a lot of construction happening right in the front of the hotel which causes a lot of noise and from our apartment in second floor we could see the construction workers right at our level and so so close which was unnerving. Kitchen staff was extremely reluctant to make a La carte breakfast for us. He repeated that it will take 20-25 mins even though we said that it’s ok and we will wait. It took him 4-5 askings before he reluctantly headed to the kitchen. We were overcharged for 2 business breakfast just because we had coffee and a couple of dried apricot. The day we checked, and we were told that the coffee is complementary, but for some reason this was changed later on. We didn’t really expect this treatment from a 600 euro per night stay.

Staff were fantastic. Room was clean. Our suite was well appointed. The location between Isartor and Marienplatz was so close to everything. It was perfect for visits to Munich's many Christmas Markets. Even when busy staff go out of their way to help. Linda and Baset in particular were wonderfully engaging. The courtyard garden and in house cafe all enhanced the experience.

My husband and I traveled to Munich for Oktoberfest and stayed at the Maximilian Munich Apartment and Hotel. The location was perfect — within easy walking distance of the Old Town, Marienplatz, the Neues Rathaus, and plenty of great restaurants. It’s also conveniently close to the metro. We had a one-bedroom suite, and it was absolutely perfect. The space included a small kitchen (we didn’t cook, but it was great having a fridge and cupboards), a cozy living room, and a dining area. Everything was compact yet thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the quiet balcony facing the courtyard — a peaceful retreat after a busy day at Oktoberfest! The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and full of great restaurant and transportation tips. The breakfast buffet was delicious, though a bit pricey at €30 per person. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV in the bedroom was a nice touch for relaxing at the end of the day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

Exceptional experience

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great location, comfortable rooms with kitchens and beautiful garden courtyard. But the staff was exceptional! I left my phone in a taxi and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me get it back. They were so helpful and resourceful. Stay at Maximilian Apartments on your next trip to Munch

We loved this hotel! The staff members were great and accommodating. The rooms were cool (AC) and the location couldn't be any better. It was relatively quiet most of the time but that was hit or miss. Some nights we could open the windows with no noise and others it was quite noisy. But if we kept the windows shut there was no noise at all. Overall we loved our stay at this hotel and would stay again if we return!
