Great stay

Great 4 night stay! Clean and comfortable! Perfect location to walk to the historic sites. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The barber next door gave my husband a fantastic haircut! We would stay again. Croissants and soft pretzels and coffee and water available in the lobby at breakfast time. We stayed with our dog and had a pleasant stay. We slept great!

Travelers need to carefully read room descriptions prior to booking. Many rooms have AC and some do not, they have a small electric fan that doesn't move enough air to cool the room in summer days where temps exceed 80 F. Maid service is light and being "Green" is the excuse. Staff is courteous and helpful. No room service available and many rooms have an undesirable city view. A good number of the Expedia photo's do not reflect the actual facility, they may be what is referred to as a "Sister" hotel near by. Hotel is close to the rail station and accessible by foot. Recommend daylight foot traffic to and from rail station. Read the facility descriptions care- fully. Beds were comfortable and room clean.

Property was conveniently located for a tourist visit, but in a less than picturesque street with a lot of construction going on near and behind the hotel. there was no AC so the window had to remain open, which also brought in the noise from the neighborhood. 몇 년전 베드버그 리뷰를 봐서 걱정했는데 생각보다 방이 낡긴 했지만 나름 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었음. 물은 제공되지 않고, 위치는 여자 혼자 밤에 다니기에는 조금 무서움. (근처에 Lidl도 있고 낮에는 통행량이 많은 도로임). 6월 말 방문이어서 에어컨(온도조절은 안됨 18도 고정)이 있는 것은 큰 장점이었으나 학회 시즌이라 가성비는 좋지 않았음.

I am torn about the review. On the one hand are the pluses - good breakfast for price, very nice staff, good English skills, attempt to please, convenient to inner city, reliable wifi. Then the minuses - old and looks it in the rooms, neighborhood is heavily ethnic, most women with scarves, gambling venues in the neighborhood, noisy until midnight, only clean rooms twice a week (will provide linens if needed in between), not all rooms with AC. It was warm when we arrived and we had to leave the windows open, and had noise and little respite from heat until midnight. You can make it clear at the time of reservation that AC is must for you. The neighborhood has a lot of construction going on, so will likely be better in future.

Uncomfortable for the price

The hotel is old and the room very small. For 3 people was uncomfortable. The location is perfect for commuting everywhere but the street is not very nice nor quiet. Staff were nice.

Basic, clean but not a great area

The hotel is fine. Clean, simple and basic. I didn't take the breakfast so can't rate it. It only gets three stars for the neighborhood. While close to the main tourist area, it's not an area I would be comfortable out late at night.
