The property is very old and faded. More a 3 star than a 5 star. Expensive for what it is. Great location. It’s a shame that it is in such bad condition.

Upon my arrival, I asked the front desk if I could get a room upgrade. The staff said if I want to upgrade, I need to pay $50 per night. Even though there were rooms available, they refused to upgrade my room.
