Our first stop in the summer holiday was Munich and we chose to stay at this hotel. I couldn't fault the hotel for anything. The room was nice with a balcony, large bed and decent sized bathroom. We went to the cafe next door for breakfast and right next to it is a supermarket where we picked wine and snacks for our picnics. The underground metro is at a 2 minute walk. We had our car so not having any thing to do in the vicinity was not a problem at all.
Hotel is in an ok location close to the Allianz arena, lack of food choice in the hotel and close by as breakfast was €20 each in the hotel so opted for the supermarket round the corner for breakfast and lunch as there isn't a lot around the hotel. Hotel is very clean and the service is fantastic whatever we needed we would call room service and they would respond fast every time. On arrival our room was kitted out with rose petals and cakes as it was a birthday trip so that was lovely. We had a spa day when the weather was bad which was very cheap, sauna steam room etc really enjoyed that. Overall fantastic stay would 100000% stay here again
Although the hotel itself is average great, you should avoid the 5th floor. Otherwise, you will have to get 2 different elevators to reach there, and the most important thing: each elevator is extremely far from the other, as the hotel is large. But biggest problem is with Theo Restaurant, with is extremely small comparing to the numbers of rooms and hotel guests. Every breakfast is a huge stress time, there is no available table/ seats, employees are very stressed and then, kind of rude. If you intent to have dinner there, it will be a horrible experience. The problems you face in breakfast will get much more visible and higher at dinner, and the attendants are much more inefficient. Do not recommend, as it will be a stress experience for sure.
Can't fault this place. I've always heard Pullman is renowned for luxury and high quality. I certainly experienced that in this hotel. Expensive fixtures and fittings. Well modernised rooms with pristine craftsmanship throughout. Well thought out rooms. TV has HDMI, VGA and USB ports panel. Balcony with table and chair. Very spacious room with desk. Safe, ironing board and iron. Decent quality free WiFi but not strong enough for steady streaming. You can pay for a better connection. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast with a range of juices, youghart and cheese as well as the traditional hot food. Location is deceptive. It's a different world inside.
Stayed for one night on business. Great hotel in good location. Slightly outside of the city centre but easily accessible via the train networks. Rooms were clean, comfy and nicely decorated. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good on site and offered a decent selection of meals. Breakfast also very good spread. Fitness room is a little small for size of this hotel.
Great rooms, large quiet and very comfortable rooms, only weak point is lack of replenishing the drinking water and a useless empty minibar. Nice quiet surrounding area and plenty of facilities at the hotel. Theos bar and restaurant are fantastic, excellent food and a great service. Not the first time and definitely not the last time we stayed at Pullman Munich.
Rooms are awesome, each room have a balcony - sit out and just chill. Modern design. Hotel looks like apartment blocks. Comfy beds. Friendly & helpful staff. Foyer area is large and have a little kiosk for beverages and snacks. Next door to hotel is a supermarket & bistro. Underground Train station about a minute away. Theo's lounge - breakfast was great. Hotel was busy due to high end audio expo and some sports event but compliments to the waiters at breakfast. They were amazing with cleaning up and serving in the big rush at breakfast. Always had on a great smile. Dinner was just as good bit pricy as can be expected for a hotel. Awesome place.
Was staying one night on a business trip. Enjoyed the stay. Helpful staff, comfortable room. Nice bar. Good food. Nice area. Walked to English gardens nearby which were beautiful. The useful supermarket under the hotel closed abruptly at 8 pm.
Nice hotel and cozy room, location near the train station, there is a supermarket nearby and there is a free nespresso coffee in the morning! Stayed here for 3 nights, and we are very satisfied with this hotel
Spring getaway in Munich. Hotel is just next to the main highways and next to an metro-station, location is very good for any guest that want to visit munich either with foot or with car, both possibilities are very good. Hotel has an excelent restaurant and breakfast is something that is worth every penny it costs. Rooms are big and modern. Big downside is the free wifis speed, not enough to even download emails.
