Nice, trendy hotel in Munich withing walking distance to HBF.

Loved the breakfast. Art was fun. Placement of the toilet right up against the shower glass made the toilet difficult to use. You need better pillows for sure.

This property was fantastic! It was in a great location for Oktoberfest- very walkable and close enough but not too close where there were lots of people milling about. Our rooms were excellent- very spacious and good amenities. The breakfast was extensive as well and a great option. The bar in the lobby was nice to have. They have a parking garage for $15 extra per night right under them. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had a fabulous stay.

Nice hotel in a great location. Its only a few blocks from the main train station. The rooms are well maintained, just not too much extra space. The AC had no problems cooling the room, and the windows allowed an excellent view(and actually opened all the way). Breakfast was included with the room and was excellent every morning.

Very nice hotel. Two blocks from train station and 10 minutes from city center

Excellent staff, friendly atmosphere and beautiful breakfast.

The rooms are very small if you stay with more than 2 people. The matresses and pillows are very hard, the bedding is thin and not cosy at all. Just one small pillow. The floor was dusty, and in the area before the bath room a corner piece of fhe floor was ripped out and sticking in the air. The breakfast buffet area ist far too narrow and to close to the tables. You bump into people all the time. The breakfast itself was good and the staff friendly. The plus is, that the hotel is close to the centre of Munich. But overall its a hostel feeling

I have stayed at the Relaxa a few times before and I've been very impressed with the property itself and of course the value my booking represented. Furthermore. I am a big believer of staying close to the Central Train Station and the location of the Relaxa is superb for access to the vast public transport network of Munich. Not only that, if you're hungry the Train Station has a wide array of eateries from pizza to sushi and of course bratwurst. Our group used three rooms in the Relaxa at my recommendation and everyone was very satisfied with the service received. I really like the peaceful and well appointed rooms that remind of the usa hotel experience rather than some of the hit or miss budget hotels that are in europe. Specifically I love the carpet, the easy to use safe, and the showers. Any hotel without a bath tub is a winner to me. For sleeping the carpeted hallways keep the hotel quiet and the black out shades do an excellent job of keeping the light out. All in all I I've always liked this a very professionally run hotel that is very comfortable. To me a room has to be cozy nd functional when it's a rainy day and there are down moments on a holiday. Trust me there are plenty of hotels around this part of town that are just beds and a dresser and are only good for a place to sleep and then depart. The Relaxa room is far more substantial.

The hotel was really cool. Had lots of art stuff. Pretty big bar as soon as you walk in. Breakfast was great. Lots and lots of options. Staff was friendly. Very very close 7-10 relaxing walk to Oktoberfest. Felt safe going to the Oktoberfest. Close to a lot of restaurants and some shopping. Right near train station. Has a mini bar as well. The doors are hand painted each one different. Shower was great beds where great as well. Cons Bathroom did have a slight urine smell. Very faint but I have good smell senses. Did not bother me too much as I was going to Oktoberfest fest and I’m sure I was not going to smell great myself. Parking they only have 20 spots so reserve ahead. If not you have to drive 5-7 min , because of traffic and then walk to hotel. Walk maybe another 5-7 minutes. Try to drop off the suite cases first. The parking garage are was fine during the day, but at night seemed a little sketchy and dangerous. They do give you a discount if you stamp the parking at hotel. I think 25 euro a day instead of 30.

the hotel room and bathroom itself was very comfortable , room and bath large size , breakfast just about perfect

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was clean and close to the station. Breakfast was good.
