The room was very dirty, the bedding and sheets had dog hair and human hair all over and under it. Some of the hair looked like pubes. Ended up sleeping in sleeping bag instead

The check-in was easy via text message with a code for the lock. The room had mushy bathroom floors, a broken hair dryer and a non-chilling fridge. The AC and heater worked well.

I liked the check in process! simple and easy, was texted the code to my room which made things easy and quick! Loved the surrounding views of the canyon and the snowcapped mountains in the distance. Many places to shop, eat and dine nearby and I didnt have to go to far to go mountain biking or hiking! would stay here again!

The hotel is owner operated. The room was smaller, but clean and comfortable with a big storage spot for bags. Location was good. The price was reasonable which is saying a lot for Moab. GREAT coffee bus on property.

This place is clean, but that’s it. The heat is either roasting or freezing, and you have to turn on the AC to cool it off. The bed has actual bedsprings and squeaks really loud whenever you move. Property was out of ice the entire time.

Clean, reasonably well appointed room. I had a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. Shower was good, but bathroom fan did not work. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Electric heater was quite noisy. Overall very happy with the room and ease of access. I would stay there again.
