This is more for hunters or long term workers. you get a small room with shower and toilet. it was a good option and value for our 1 night stay.

The beds were really saggy, the furniture for sure had seen better days. The bathroom is old, very small and thin towels. There is no reception but somebody is reachable via txt. Initially they had only provided 2 shower towels and 1 hand towel, no bath mat or wash cloths. When we asked for more it was given to us the next day (we stayed for 2 nights). WiFi worked well, good fridge in the room. The door lock mechanism is great! Moab is not a cheap place to stay, so I guess one gets what one pays for…

Quick overnight on the way home from rafting. Room was good for purpose. Shower good. Bed good. AC was a bit loud (window unit). Few amenities, but the price was right.

Quiet, Clean, and Comfy

I love this little hotel. I had stayed there before and booked it on purpose my second time. However now it is ran more like an AirBNB than a hotel. Easy check in - they send you a text with your door code and you’re in. The beds are super comfortable and the room is clean. The property is older and it shows but it’s still clean and comfortable. The sheets, towels, and pillows could use some updating but they’re not bad. The only issue we had was there were no towels in the room when we arrived but they quickly fixed that and brought us towels. I will say it’s a little pricy for the services offered but I still really enjoyed it.

The hotel certainly has a "hands off" policy since we were given a door code for the room. There was no housekeeping even though the website mentioned daily housekeeping. The closet is part of the bathroom so humidity on clothing is an issue. It is obviously an old building that has been converted to a hotel. The floor in our room sloped a couple of inches and therefore so did the beds. It was definitely affordable but also very disappointing.

Not an ordinary style motel. Spent four nights. Except for access to a router, the internet, no amenities. No ice machine, breakfast nook, etc. The facility is based on inexpensive furniture, minimal maintenance, no accessible to staff. Free TV means no access to Netflix or Amazon Prime, just programs available at the moment. Away during the day, had the impression air conditioning didn’t work; though not needed with nighttime temperatures late May 2025. Shower was unavailable first night due to a screw issue; fixed by second night. Windows may or may not open. Window shades needed replacement. While inexpensive, apparently clean, would research Moab possibilities more extensively in future. Might find alternatives of interest.

When you walk to the front door you have a moment of panic by the way the entrance looks. Door needs painting entryway rugs need vacuuming ceiling light needs to be replaced. The whole building definitely needs updating. However when we got to our room it had clean sheets comfy bed and clean towels. The sink toilet, desk, fridge, microwave were all clean. There’s plenty of hot water. I did have to convince my husband to get into the shower it has yellow and black mold in the corners of the shower door and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a while. That said the price was amazing it’s just out of the busy downtown but close to everything. Lots of places to eat. Lots of jeep tours canyon rafting ATV and UTV just down the street. It’s in the perfect place. We had booked 5 days but ended up booking another 6 days so we had time to see Arches Nat Park (2 miles down the street)and Canyonlands (25 minutes away) So it wasn’t gross enough in the shower to keep us from staying longer. We needed clean towels and TP when we extended our stay so I texted the owner and got a return text within a half hour. And towels and tp right away. There’s a washer and dryer around the front of the building to do your laundry, its cramped but clean. Book some UTV time with Eric at High Point hummer and ATV he’s amazing. I would stay here again just hope someone has scrubbed that shower. A coffee breakfast truck in the same parking lot.Theres plenty of places to have fun at night 1/2 mile downtown

Door to outside does not lock. Bath towels poor quality. No fresh towels in 3 day stay unless you pay $20 extra to have cleaning services. Did not have face cloths or bath mat.
