Great Location with Some Room Issues We stayed at the Hampton Inn during our Moab trip and found the location ideal for visiting the national parks and exploring downtown. We were upgraded to a larger handicapped-accessible room, which offered plenty of space for the two of us. However, the curtains and blinds were in poor condition—torn, ripped, and broken—and wouldn't open or close properly. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering an excellent variety that made it well worth getting up for. The homemade chocolate chip cookies available in the evenings were a delightful touch that really enhanced our stay. One of the elevators was out of service during our visit, but overall, we had a pleasant experience at this three-star hotel.

Super frustrating check-in. Couldn’t find the reservation and had to restart a whole new one. Lots of guests were kept waiting and I had my elderly mother with me whom was very tired from traveling.

The desk staff is excellent very understanding and professional the morning clerk on the 21st was especially helpful with my reservation that I mishandled and Jean at night was determined to get me back in my room after the battery failed. Both ladies are excellent employees

We were able to walk to restaurants in the area safely. The pool and hot tub were outdoors, warm and very nice. It was just a short drive to Arches NP so very handy.
