The place is really clean and the room smells nice. All the rooms you book online are non-smoking. There is a $200 cleaning fee for smoking in the room. The hotel seems to be owned by an Indian family. There is no breakfast. Just some shelf stable donuts, like you would get at a convenience store. I thought they were going to pick up donuts at the supermarket or have them delivered from a bakery. The donuts are out from 6AM to 9AM. The TV is big and they have a lot of channels. They have a dorm size refrigerator/freezer and a microwave, in the rooms. They have a small pool and hot tub. I can't fit into my swimsuit, so I brought shorts, but you need a real swimsuit, because the fabric causes damage to the water. I would rather have a real breakfast than a swimming pool.

During the holiday season, it’s easy to forget how much people around us may be carrying. Many guests are navigating stress, uncertainty, and challenges we can’t see—and that’s exactly why kindness and patience matter so much. I want to specifically recognize TK, the front desk auditor. He did an excellent job enforcing hotel policies professionally and fairly, while still leading with compassion, patience, and respect. That balance is not easy, especially during a busy and emotionally charged time of year, but TK handled it with genuine care. Because of his calm demeanor and thoughtful approach, my stay at Prime Rate was made significantly better. Experiences like this remind me that hospitality isn’t just about rooms and rates—it’s about how people are treated. TK is someone who clearly understands that, and it shows. Thank you to Prime Rate Hotel for having staff like him. His kindness truly made a difference.

Very friendly at check-in. Nice pool, whirlpool was older and aged but actually hot! Room was nice, new kitchenette appliances and huge tv. Price was insanely affordable!
