Nice hotel

I have stayed at the property 3 times and each visit has been a great experience. The hotel is easy to get to and the room and public areas have always been top notch. It’s my go to place in the Twin Cities.

Have stayed here many times! It’s always clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend it.

It was great

Breakfast was good. Nice size refrigerator in the room. Overall, it was clean. Paper thin walls. Could hear the person next door clear his/her throat all night long. Someone was playing music above us most of the night. Shower is suitable for someone shorter than 5 feet. Can't even describe the bottom of the tub. It moved or creaked when you walked on it. It was a little freaky at first.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was great from the friendly staff to the spacious and clean room. It even had a skylight! This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in the Minneapolis area at an affordable price range, so it was great value and we plan on staying there again when we stay in the Minneapolis area in the future.

Anita is friendly profeasional open inviting. Cozzette is willing to help and is very professional.

Maybe I just got a bum room. I went by the reviews on this one, and everything said it was very good. We were in room 119, and I've stayed in nicer rooms at hotels that weren't rated as "very good". Room was very cramped, even though it was said to be 300 Sq Ft, compared to other hotels that were comparitively 250 sq ft. Had to hold down handle on toilet in order for it to finish flushing, room seems like it may have been updated 5-10 years ago, by throwing some new paint on the walls, and updating the fixtures. A/C did not keep the room cool at all. Breakfast was a disappointment, my wife had to ask for a spoon, at first the lady said they didn't have any, and other people then asked how they were supposed to eat their cereal, she then relented and grabbed some. Juice machine wasn't on for some reason, so just coffee. I'll make sure to cross this hotel chain off my list.

Very nice staff and clean and very helpful to me and my family

Wonderful, welcome staff. Great price for excellent accommodations.

We have stayed at this property numerous times because this location is in close proximity to the venue where we attend events. For the first time, the person checking us in wasn’t as personable. He was more matter-of-fact telling us our room number and giving us the breakfast time. In the past, the associate has been more friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was excellent.

Actually much older than the pictures make it look. Its been remodeled but has a bit of an old musty smell. Particularly bad in the stair wells.

Clean, 15 minutes to MSP, good restaurant next door, reasonable price

Good beds...clean room. Excellent value for your money.

Modern, clean, spacious. Lots of parking. Recommended
