Staff was very pleasant. Sleep was interrupted the first night by people talking/laughing loudly up until 3:30 AM. Second night was very quiet. Breakfast options are very good. We'd stay here again.

Very convenient spot easy to get to. minutes from everything you can imagine. The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned and made bed every day! Would definitely go back to this hotel on our next trip

Since our room was near the back of the hotel, we used the back entrance to go in and out. It was really a mess. Carpet was dirty/needed vacuuming, walls needed greg coat of paint, and it smelled of smoking. Not too pleasant.

Overall hotel stay was great. Clean & affordable. I wish breakfast was at 5:30 or at least could offer coffee then. Great location off the freeway.

Older motel smells like smoke in halls and rooms through vent because of people smoking outside and probably in back entry. Plumbing needed some attention (sink was very slow to drain and toilet water ran all the time due to leaky flapper valve.

Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbor arguing on the phone at 0300 til 0500.

Very friendly staff. Accommodations were mostly satisfactory. We spent a large amount of time in our room between the events we attended. It would be great if there were a couple of really comfortable chairs instead of an office-like chair and another small chair which were not so comfortable. Breakfast was very good except for the scrambled eggs. I observed most people, including ourselves, did not eat them and threw them out.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay there again if I am in the neighborhood.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived, at 10:00 p.m., the front desk girl mumbled that there were no clean 2 queen rooms. She insisted that my reservation was for 1 king even though I showed her my confirmation stating 2 Queens. My adult son and I were traveling and I did not want to sleep in the same bed. She offered me no solution so I had to accept the room as it was 10:30 p.m. The hotel was full of wild, partying people and families at the front desk, complaining about no clean towels, etc. During the middle of the night, partyers outside knocked the screen off our window and broke glass bottles in the parking lot. Unfortunately, I would never stay here again and would not recommend it!

Stayed at the LivINN hotel for the weekend to attend a wedding in Minneapolis area. Very nice and comfortable hotel. Looks like newly renovated front desk area and breakfast area. Hot breakfast included which is always helpful! Love the bright, inviting, contemporary style decor. Room and bathroom upgraded too! Not sure if there was a swimming pool or exercise room (but didn't care for it either). Overall a good comfortable stay. Good for what was needed over the weekend. Very close to interstate so driving to anywhere was a breeze.

The hotel and the room were excellent. However, on our second day, no one bothered to come in for housekeeping. We were back at the hotel late Sunday evening, the trash was not taken out. We had clean towels or the rooms cleaned. We called the front desk and the girl said she would call us back. We waited for her call and an hour later I called her. She said everyone was gone for the day. So we asked for clean towels and she said she couldn't leave the front desk and to come pick it up. We did and she apologized for the cleaning staff and said she would leave a note for the manager. It was really crazy because in the middle of the night we ran out of bath tissue too and had none since no one had come to clean and left another roll.

Works great for me. Place looks newly renovated, not overly small rooms, clean rooms with microwave and fridge. Good breakfast, good Wi-Fi. Nice TV, lots of restaurants close by and a store too. I needed a quiet place to focus and work for a few days, and this was the ticket!

It was more than I expected, the staff was nice and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I will be coming back when I'm in the area again.

The hotel was close to where I was staying and easy to find which was nice. The room floors were sticky, the shower head was very short, bed was hard, and the maids didn't follow their own suggestions. I would leave my towels hanging up every day, and every day would get clean towels, they didn't clean the room one day, and the internet was very slow making doing work while I was in the room very difficult.

The pictures on the web site made me want to stay at LivInn in Burnsville, but I guess the pictures were deceiving. The breakfast that was provided was very minimal and the room to get breakfast was very small, so we had a hard time navigating around other hotel guests. I thought the room was much smaller in real life than the pictures showed also. I did get a better price than some of the other hotels around there, but now I know why.

Very Nice accomodations. King Suite was well designed. Wish the tub/shower was nicer for a suite. Missed not having a pool in the facility.

I mad a reservation for 9 nights and I paid in advance, but for bad luck the flight from Chicago to Minneapolis has been delayed for twice after that it has been cancelled and I stayed one night at Chicago airport. When I tried to negotiate the manager and supervisor about the night missing since I stayed only 8 nights they refused to pay back or issue a refund for one night and they just apologized because of their stupid policy, they only charge but they don't issue a refund. The hotel was awful, there is nothing nice to say about it. The hotel is very old and the manager lady was very rude and the supervisor very arrogant. The only reason I didn't leave the hotel was because I can't get my money back, after all I'll never be at that hotel.

great location near events we attended

good location, easy access..

We have asked our housekeeping staff to make sure this room receives a deep clean to remove the smell. you get what you pay for!
