Had a wonderful stay. Near to Buck Hill for skiing and great restaurants that are walkable. Also, a short drive from Mall of America. Would stay here again!!
Wasn't aware we had to pay at check in, not check out. Required full payment at check in. They made my daughter pay for her room since she checked in before us, even though I made the reservation and used my card to hold the reservation. Frustrating, added to our already out of state move.
The only thing that was missing, they didn’t have a pool
Staff were friendly. The rooms are ok, but definitely need to be updated. Could've been cleaner as well. This is a very basic hotel room, and is on the smaller side. Pillows were hard, not fluffy. The tub drain was laying inside the tub when we arrived, and only a bit of toilet paper was left on the roll. They provided shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. The hotel had funky smells in the hallways and elevator. The continental breakfast had a decent variety and was the cleanest, most updated part of the hotel.
Really good place to stay.
The staff was friendly and courteous. Good choices on the breakfast buffet. The ice machine broke down on our last day but it wasn’t a big deal
Nice hotel and friendly staff. My only complaint is that housekeeping didnt come during my stay.
Nothing much to say. Except when we arrived, the staff on the front desk is very unfriendly & have an attitude problem.
My husband my 3yr old and I stayed here when we visited family for a week. All was great the breakfast the room was clean until the 3rd night we were there. At 9:45pm we heard yelling and cursing along with some loud bangs coming from the hallway. We called the front desk and they assured us that they would take care of the situation. After about 20 mins or so it got quiet so we fell back asleep. At around 11:30 midnight we had someone knocking on our door. My husband jumps up gets dress grabs our gun and says through the door “can I help you” with no response. Again another knock. So my husband call the front desk again they said they didn’t see anything on the cameras but, again we hear knocking at our door. My husband opened the door this time peeks out the door hun first and sees a very heavy set man knocking on other doors ask him “can I help you” to which the man doesn’t reply he just runs down the hallway to the stairs then out of the building. When I spoke to Rebecca the manager about all of this she told me the first situation the man was arrested for domestic assault as for the second the man walked out of the building and never came back. I had asked if I could get some kind of compensation for our night she told me flat out none of it involved me and that I was basically SOL. I wouldn’t never stay here again because of the drama that goes on here which is a shame because it’s a very nice clean hotel with an amazing breakfast.
Close to highway Nice dinning area
Nice hotel
I have stayed at the property 3 times and each visit has been a great experience. The hotel is easy to get to and the room and public areas have always been top notch. It’s my go to place in the Twin Cities.
Have stayed here many times! It’s always clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend it.
