The staff were accommodating and kind. The pool and hot tub were clean and spacious. The Waterlin food was phenomenal, and the server, bartender and chef made for a great experience!

I thought it would be closer to downtown Mequon 4.6 miles was OK but it took us probably 20 minutes to get there from local location. We’re staying in Mequon. Not sure if it’s Expedia’s fault or the location of the hotel’s fault. The place was very clean and very nicely. Renovated service was good..

Overall just ok. The bar was a nice area but the beds were not comfortable and they only served breakfast from 630-930 am through the week. They should have the restaurant open for dinner or late night bar snacks available and no complimentary coffee

I’d think twice, and then again.

Shower had cracked grout, moldy sealant and the soap dispenser fell off the wall and on to my toe on night one. The fridge took 48hours to chill a single water bottle. Lobby felt cleans, but elevator corridor smelled like cigarettes. Staff gave me the wrong information about breakfast, causing me to miss the breakfast that I paid for. Currently fighting with the management team just to get the money back for the unused service. Good at the Waterline was good, bartender/ waiter was friendly. Night audit that checked me in acted like he’d rather be anywhere else. Some of the most lackluster hospitality service I’ve ever received. I checked out and left early.
