Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. Beds were very hard though and the entire hotel smelled of Marijuana. While this wasn't the fault of the hotel but instead some very rude guests, it's definitely the reason I cannot give 5 stars. Overall the stay was good.

The Front desk staff was marvelous, very professional and helpful. Love them. Problem was cleaning staff. Asked for room refresh got nothing but new set of towels. Bed untouched. Maybe expected too much!

The staff were polite and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the freezer was so full of ice that the refrigerator door would not close properly. In addition, the heat in our room was not working, it was pretty cold when we woke up! The exercise machines were out of order, and the jets in the hot tub were not functioning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
