The staff was friendly and the room initially looked good but had to get sheets changed because of stains,the bed was super uncomfortable, and the tub had old bubbles in it so it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection but the tables were dirty and when we sat down there wasn't many people in there so it wasn't busy at the time.
Good lord, this place is dirty.

When we got to the property and settled in, we realized that the TV did not work. I went to the desk to inquire about new batteries for the remote control, or exchanging for a new remote. The young man at the desk did not try either of these options. He said that he would leave a note for the day shift manager. In the morning, I again went to the desk to notify the attendant. She said she would also notify the manager. When we got back to the room later that day, they had exchanged the remote like I had asked for the night before. It worked fine and was an easy fix. Unfortunately, the first staff member was unwilling to try and settle the matter the first night. The curtain had pizza on it from previous guests. The housekeeper never came to empty the garbage or offer clean towels, usually the bare minimum. Our reservation stated that because we booked VIP, we would get a free bottle of wine. That never came. I will not stay here again.
Exactly as described- clean beautiful and big room - very reasonable price. When visiting this area I won’t stay anywhere else.
Room was clean and nice. We requested a handicap accessible room and they said “it was overlooked” by first shift and they now didn’t have any others left even though I called twice before arrival to verify.
The pull out couch had used bedding on it, we found a sock/crumbs/gum container in the sheets. The pool was really cloudy. Hallway we were in smelled of cigarette smoke even though it said no smoking everywhere. The breakfast was good, good variety.
Everything was great! I didn't get a chance to catch some breakfast but everything look organized good to eat.

The pool and hot tub were great. The pool water was warm, not cold like most hotel pools. The staff were very helpful. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Definitely staying there again.
