We were very comfortable staying in this house. The house is super spacious and having three full bathrooms was perfect for our family of seven. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The only negative for us was the drive up to the home, the streets are very narrow, but maybe it’s just something that we are not used to, Overall our stay was great, no issues and we would recommend it!

Nice house

Completely enjoyed our stay. Was perfect for what we needed with multiple friends and kids. Very clean and nice layout. Only knock is that parking if you have more than 2 cars would be almost impossible but luckily we only had 2. And the key you need to download an app which worked for one of my friends but wasn’t able to get it to work versus just having a key number to let us in. Otherwise it’s a great house and would recommend since it had 3 bathrooms which made life a lot easier. Get kid friendly as well.

Very nice!

There was 7 of us that stayed for 2 nights to attend horror nights at universal and we had plenty of space in this beautiful house. It was a 20 min drive from the park which was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful, had an amazing view, and hummingbirds that greeted you in the morning; however, the house was not well kept. In bathrooms, there was soap residue over the glass walls, handle, and fossette. In the kitchen, there was rodent feces in the sink, many "clean" dishes had food on them, The backyard was not attended to all: a corroded chair in the corner, the metal chairs provided were covered in spider webs and dirt, as well as the table. -there is an odd additional step (the walkway may have caved in) leaving from the living room to the backyard, where a few guests tripped.

Two Nights in LA

We found the house exactly as advertised. The housekeepers did a super job and had the house in great shape. One of our vehicles was a half ton pickup, so the driveway was a little crowded for that, but most residents won't have that problem. Check in was easy - check out even easier. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House

The property was very spacious and nicely decorated with modern appliances and a connected heating system and door. We would definitely stay there again as the location was not too far from where we wanted to visit. It was easy to get to the La Brea Tar Pits, the science center, etc. What we liked the most was that we could check out and not have to do the typical clean up work of taking out the trash or stripping the beds making our departure easier. A few notes for other renters, the street the house is on is narrow and there is barely enough space to park the car on the drive way. There is a van always parked on the street so if you have a good driver or a small car, it's not a problem. There are only 5 bowls at the house so we ended up doing a lot of hand washing if the kids ate cereal. Other kitchen supplies were plentiful. The fridge was digital but not super cold and we couldn't figure out how to change the settings so some of our food and milk spoiled. It's a 4 door but beware 3 are fridge and only 1 was a freezer so if you have ice cream remember to find the freezer. The AC unit is also programmed to turn off when not in the home, so if you spend all day out and it's a hot day the house will be warm when you return. Nothing that's a big deal but just letting other renters know.

Perfect LA view

We stayed at the property for six nights seven days. We were pretty close to everything given the traffic in LA. The property was very spacious with a nice size backyard. We enjoyed the property very much. The actual neighborhood was a little questionable, but overall very peaceful and calm. The host was very responsive and respectful and we would definitely come back and stay again.

AN AMAZING HOME!!

This home will make you feel like you are home. It is a 3-level house that has every amenity you'd imagine having from laundry detergent to shampoo. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It is a narrow street but manageable. The hosts made communication easy. Fast response times and kindly accommodated our request for family to join us for dinner. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to LA. A real pleasant stay!! You will be happy you chose this home! :)
