I did not like the parking or the non air conditioning rooms

First of all, this is a budget motel. Very reasonably priced and in a part of the city that is not the nicest but also not unsafe. Yes, you get what you pay for, but in this case, that is not a negative. The bed was quite comfortable. I had to ask for a blanket, but the front desk was very willing to help me. I think the bed was more comfortable than beds at some mid-range motels. Understand that this is an old building, but it's clean. You might see ground-in dirt that won't come off. But no bugs or rodent remnants. No air conditioning. But there is a small fridge and incredible Direct TV programming with plenty of choices. Definitely the best TV selection of any budget motel I've seen. They do not clean your room every day. But that's not a bad thing. Just ask the desk & they will do it for you. But for a multiple day stay, I don't need to have my room cleaned every day. The security is pretty good. At dark or around then, they lock the front door and you need your pass card to get in. The front desk remains locked and only comes out from behind the office. If you need a centrally-located motel in LA where you really only need a place to sleep, this is perfect.

Hotel smells really bad. They have many open windows in an attempt to cover it, but it still smells bad. Additionally, the shower was lukewarm at its hottest. The front desk manager was very friendly though.

This hotel is across the street from the metro train station. It is in a good location. The staff are nice. There is no ac and the hotel is a little run down but if you’re on a budget it is a reasonable price...

The room, bed and towels were very clean, and surprisingly I slept like a rock. The hotel is half a block from the Hollywood metro rail station which was very convenient, and only 2 miles to the Greek Theater or an $8 Uber ride. The staff was very friendly check-in took under a minute. Not somewhere I would stay for an extended time, but good for a quick overnight cheap room.

The staff were a little rude and the hotel is a little run down but if you are looking for a reasonable place to crash this is is good basic hotel.

Expected it to be very basic bones and no amenities but when you cannot adjust climate ro have more than 2 small towels, it becomes clear. "Get what ya pay for...."

Staff was very rude and treated me badly when my friend come to visit to chat and have a dinner. They pointed finger and yelled at me. Terrible customer service.

Staff told me whole building has no ac. Wifi was slow during the day. Bad value for price.

Hotel is in a great location close to transportation, food and entertainment. That's about all the pros for this hotel. It is old with old furnishings in desperate need of updating.

The place smelt bad and just seemed dirty. The parking was an alley that we had to box our car into (couldnt leave). Wouldnt accept my girlfriends card as payment because my name was on the reservation even though she was there with me which almost caused an issue. They left the back door of the hotel open all night. NO A/C. Room was hot, dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable.
