The biggest issue I experienced here was the lack of communication when it came to charges. When checking in I was told about the $500 hold for incidentals which was perfectly fine. The lady that checked me in explained to me about their valet parking rates and stated “but no worries it’ll come out of the $500 hold.” The next day there was an ADDITIONAL hold placed on my card for $240. When I went to the front desk to inquire about this the same lady said it was for the valet services?? The same one she told me would come out of the $500 hold. Ridiculous, but okay. She even said “it looks like they charged the $740 but took your card off file so their won’t be anymore charges.” Well here it is 2 days later and there is ANOTHER $240 charged to my card!!! So in total $980 worth of holds placed? What a joke and so is the lack of communication at this property! There isn’t any other safe places in the area for overnight parking so that’s the only reason we even utilized valet. If this information was given to us at check in this wouldn’t be an issue but to be hit over the head day after day with more charges is crazy! Definitely won’t be back here!
