Great hotel
Stayed here for 3 nights.The property and my room was clean. Because of the pandemic, there is no valet parking but but I was allowed to park in the structure on my own, which I thought was better than paying extra $10 each day for the valet. I got a breakfast bag every morning and coffee from the shop downstairs. The stay was great and comfortable except for an incident when I woke up due to the fire alarm going off at 3am which apparently a was a false alarm. I'd stay here again if I need to be around chinatown.
We were content with it. It is unfortunate that the breakfast is gone though.

I spent all night I couldn’t sleep .because of the noise the heater was driving me insane
There was no warning on orbitz or best western main website that the dragon location was under construction. Hotels know people check in late from trip. They were drilling as hard as an earthquake at 7am. As I got into my room at 1am from driving all day. I will be calling the hotel manager to get my money back. If orbitz or best western put a warning in these sites i would not have stayed. A notice in the hotel..... that’s too late for customers
Staff was unwelcoming. They didn’t acknowledge me when I approached the front desk. The place was under construction so it was a mess and loud.
If I need to go back to that area, I will choose this location. However, their air conditions could use a little servicing and wifi wouldn’t work.
Pleasantly surprised. Very nice hotel. In a great location and only 10 minutes from Dodger Stadium
Very friendly staff and great front desk service. Rooms were a little run down and air conditioning was extremely loud and had a moldy bad odor when running.
