I was very disappointed in the lies and miscommunication. You had to pay to park …. First person said $40 and upon check it they said $50. They also attempted to charge for an additional day of parking . Watch this at checkout … charged to much for amenities. They said that included drinking water.. I will never stay here again. I would give them a O if I could for lack of communication. And the toilet kept getting clogged. We had to call maintenance. This was a trip for my daughter’s wedding and I was so disappointed with part of it.

Hotel Amarano is my favorite Burbank hotel. Staff is so incredibly good at what they do and respectful of the costumer. Harvey at the bar is outstanding. Hotel is at the center of everything I need. I always rent the balcony rooms overlooking the pool - so peaceful.

The manager and the other younger staff member are the MOST welcoming, kind, professional, helpful, considerate, and provided the best service over self ive ever had.
