I rented this home for my mom and her husband to celebrate her 65th birthday. She said it was far better in person than it was depicted. Accurately described. Great restaurants within walking distance . I will definitely rent this home again. Also, the host is incredibly kind. My mom was struggling to parallel park. Perfect little spot in an excellent location. The cottage and hosts were excellent. Very accomodating! I could not ask for a better experience while visiting my daughter in Santa Monica for the first time. This is a block from the ocean and walking distance to many of the shops and restaurants downtown. Highly recommend!
