Unfortunately the property is doing major renovations and were extremely loud right above our room. We were not advised about possible noise when booking, even though we booked just a week before our stay. Free continental breakfast was a joke. I wouldn't advise depending on it. We walked out and bought our own meal at a local cafe.

We have stayed at this hotel 13 times in 16 years, which is every trip we have taken to LA in that time. The hotel is clean, quiet, reasonably priced, easy self parking and helpful, friendly staff. This is not a luxury hotel, but it has everything you need to have a great vacation.

Older hotel but clean, staff was friendly, I requested a birthday card to be wrote for my wife’s birthday and they did that and we got a 2 bottles of champagne, parking was 17 a night so super cheap compared to other places and it was easy and elevator access to rooms from parking deck

Staff were great. My air condtioner was not working initially, but they were quick to resolve it. The attached restaurant was great. Love being in Santa Monica, but with it comes traffic and sirens. Breakfast was limited with people trying to juggle their plates and coffee due to only a few seats in the lobby. Overall, excellent.
