I stayed 3 times during this trip. The second visit counter staff was not coureous but the third visit Mr. Robert provided good customer service. On our first visit on November 02, 2025 Bar staff Meloy was cooperative. Generally its average and neds improvements in room etc.

Staff were friendly and helpful, from Reception, Bar, Restaurant and Housekeeping. Rooms was nice, well equipped but small and showing a few signs of age. Scratches on headboard, drapes a little frayed and grubby faucet. Food was good, breakfast had plenty of options on the buffet. Annoying to have to pay extra for parking in a tiny underground garage, with spaces so tight you can barely open the car doors. But it was fine for one night pre-flight. I would stay there again.

Well-appointed, spacious, very clean and well-maintained room. The bed was notably comfortable and with great pillows. I slept very well. The breakfast, whilst plentiful, was outstandingly mediocre – just stuff pulled out of packets and put out – in a soulless dining room. There was no love or passion for the food or the diner experience. The cooked elements were dried out and felt stale. A jam dispenser had run out of jam; the bread was of cheap quality… Everything seems to run to the cheapest common denominator, with minimal ingredients. As I was staying a few days, I strolled 10 minutes up the road and had a much better breakfast at the Premier Inn. The place has an underlying feel of driven by equity funding. There are cameras on every possible revenue point and staff, whilst generally pleasant and helpful, are doing exactly as instructed; they are frightened to put a foot wrong. Everything is geared to maximising revenue. Hospitality has clearly lost its way here.

Seriously, one of the best "airport hotels" I've ever stayed at in 36 years of business travel. Fantastic value for the dollar/pound, easy access via the Hotel Hoppa bus, friendly staff, well appointed room (fridge, coffee, iron, etc.), WiFi worked great, etc. Literally the only ding was the pizza at the bar was mediocre (at best). Otherwise, 5 stars for everything!
