This hotel should NOT be considered 4 stars, 3 stars maximum. It’s very outdated. The photos are not what we saw. The carpet was very old and dirty, the shower tiny and very difficult to open and close the glass door. There was only ONE outlet in the entire room (and none in the bathroom). The carpet wasn’t vacuumed any day, just towels were changed, not even the sink was cleaned. The bed sheets were changed only one time during 5 nights we were there. I guess the best thing about the room was an ok comfortable bed. They really need a renovation. The location is good, close by metro station but there are other hotels nearby too. The ladies taking care of breakfast do a good job trying to keep it going, but I wouldn’t book this hotel again just because of the free breakfast. By the way, the windows of the window room of the breakfast are very dirty. The entire hotel needs more love. The receptionist of front desk that received us wasn’t very welcoming. When we checked out, we told her we would just leave our bags at the reception for a few minutes so we could go quickly to the pharmacy before returning, and she said it was ok. When we came back, we had to wait 20 minutes standing outside before she opened the hotel doors again so we could get our suitcases and head for the airport. She said she was on her “break”, but I never saw a receptionist having a break before and leaving the front desk unattended. So I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

This hotel exceeded our expectation!! Yes, the room is tiny, but so wonderfully designed with hooks and has everything you need!! Loved having the robes, tea and coffee with an electric tea kettle. The bed was extremely comfortable and as a bonus we had a small balcony overlooking a private park. Delightful! So convenient to various public transportation and wonderful food options just down the street. Would stay again!

Breakfast offering was reasonable considering the space available. But this was the reason for not rating the overall stay as excellent. Location close to Earls Court tube station was a particular positive factor. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The room I had was absolutely teeny. The bed is not long enough for an average person. I am 5’7” and I could not extend my feet comfortably because the footboard was in the way. Anyone taller than me would just not fit. The showers are teeny with bad water pressure. I hit all the shower walls with my elbows because I had no room to move. I also had to drag my suitcase up and down stairs because the elevator did not go to the floors of the rooms. While the location is convenient, I do not recommend due to the quality of these rooms.

We enjoyed our stay just did not have any TV for the 2 days there, said no signal, which was annoying. Rooms were modernized and bed was comfortable but ours was very small. We had to pay an extra £35 to check in at 12.30. Breakfast was good.

Small and functional hotel, family feeling

It feels like a bed and breakfast type of hotel. Staff are friendly. Hotel is clean in general, but the bathroom in the dining area is so small. Breakfast is great, especially the home-made colossal. Room is quite small -- typical in London --and bed is not so comfortable. If you are looking for a family-run nice place, then you will like it. But it's not like a 4 or even 3-star type of hotel.

The manager Roberta is a terrible representation of this hotel. her disgusting attitude and negligence got my car towed at £360 pounds. It’s common courtesy to inform guest about parking ANYWHERE. She did not. The hotel itself is cute, small but neat. The A/C didn’t work and I had to sleep with the window open. My room is also a fire safety issue as my door is at a right angle with the fire exit/hallway door. Can not have my door open while that one is open, as it impedes either of us from moving.
At least my view was decent, and the cool air from outside helped the AC situation.
