Flights Review

Feb 20, 2020

The Flight Attendant Vicky on Flight #A996 from Van to Mex was an absolute doll. She went above and beyond for me to get what I needed. I have low blood pressure and she was attentive to me the whole way and made sure I was alright and if I needed me to see medical assistance she would get it for me. Her customer service was phenomenal.

Feb 8, 2020

Plane boarded early and then we sat on tarmac for a long time. It was a 20 min flight to YVR and we sat on tarmac for about 20 min or more.

Jan 3, 2020

Plane was delayed 2.5hr by fog, but staff kept us informed.

Dec 19, 2019

There was an unexpected delay due to illness of a pilot and they worked extremely hard to get a replacement so that our connection could be made. Really impressed.

As there were open seats, they moved me to the exit row so I had more leg room (I'm 6'3").
