It was very reasonably priced: basic, but clean and peaceful. Nice to have a fridge, micro, and dishes in the suite. Comfortable mattresses. It didn't feel commercial; it felt more like a retreat.
This is a unique guest house, converted from part of a nursing/retirement home and sitting in the middle of a huge shady campus. It is like staying as a guest in a nursing home--the rooms are large, spotless, but institutional in feel, the front desk is like a nurses' station. But what a value! None of the sketchy feel of many budget accommodations--this is a really safe place to stay. Super comfy bed.
