Downside: The rooms were very tiny. The windows did not open so it left them somewhat claustrophobic. The main attraction of the hotel seemed to the communal baths which held no interest for me. The staff’s abilities to speak English was limited. At one point the front desk staff member used a translator on her phone to tell me they had made a mistake and forgot to charge me about $90. Upside: the rooms were clean and the location was a walkable distance to transportation stations.
